If you set your account to private, we may need help to fulfill your order properly, as private users must approve individual follow requests on Instagram. Please keep your account public.

Yes—with Growpopularity, you’re in charge. If you want to disable or re-enable your refills for followers, follow these simple steps:

1. Find your five-digit order number, which is included in your confirmation email. Make sure to check both your inbox and junk folder.
2. Go to the "Track My Order" page on our website.
3. Enter your order number and the email address used to place the order.
4. Click the "Track Order" button.
5. To disable refills, click the "Disable Refills" button under the "30 Days Auto-Refill Guarantee" section. To re-enable refills, simply click the same button.

Please note that all orders begin immediately after payment is completed, and we’re unable to undo the delivery due to the rapid speed of our service.

If you no longer want the followers, you can manually remove them from your Instagram account.

After your order is completed, our systems automatically check your account every 12 to 16 hours for any drop in followers. If we detect a drop, we’ll immediately replenish your followers to ensure you always have the number of followers you paid for.
